Welcome to Blossom Terrace β a beautifully decorated, coastal-themed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in one of The Villages' most desirable neighborhoods. Located in the Village of Duval, you're perfectly positioned between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square, where shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment await every single night.
Step inside and you'll feel right at home. The open living room invites you to settle into comfortable seating in front of a stunning 65" 4K OLED flat screen TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for the whole group. YouTube TV with HBO, Showtime Entertainment Package, and NFL Sunday Ticket is included β stream on the 65" OLED in the living room or either bedroom TV.
When you're ready for a day of fun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away β with a family-friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more. With your included 4-seat gas golf cart, over 700 miles of cart paths are your playground, plus access to 42 golf courses at resident rates.

You need a valid Guest ID or Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID before you can play or book. We arrange Guest IDs β just submit the Guest Pass form on this page at least 1 week before arrival. For Temporary Lifestyle IDs, contact us at least 30 days out.

Browse all 46 executive courses and 12 championship courses at golfthevillages.com. Courses are rated Level 1β4. Roosevelt, Bacall, and Bogart are all within 5 minutes of the house by golf cart. Executive courses are walk-up friendly β no advance booking required for most.

Green fees are free on executive courses. If you're taking your golf cart on the course, a trail fee of approximately $4 per person per round applies. Pay at the pro shop when you arrive. Championship courses have additional green fees β ask the pro shop for current rates.

Tee times begin at sunrise (earliest is 7:02 AM in summer) and run until approximately 30 minutes before dusk. Early morning rounds are especially popular in summer β cooler temperatures, fewer players, beautiful Florida mornings.

Pitch & Putt courses are golf cart-free, with holes ranging from 40β110 yards. They're considered par-3 courses β a quick 18-hole round takes under 2 hours, and you only need 3β4 clubs (putter, wedge, iron). Free with your Guest ID or Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID.

Blossom Terrace is a vacation rental by owner β not a hotel. We ask that guests treat the home with care and complete a few simple tasks at checkout. Please read these before booking.
House rules
The $175 cleaning fee covers our professional cleaning service's standard turnover clean. It does not cover dishes, laundry, or trash β those are guest responsibilities. Failure to complete these tasks may result in additional charges against the security deposit. A printed copy of this list is also posted inside the home.
