Pay your trail fee at the course

Green fees are free on executive courses. If you're taking your golf cart on the course, a trail fee of approximately $4 per person per round applies. Pay at the pro shop when you arrive. Championship courses have additional green fees — ask the pro shop for current rates.

Tee off and enjoy

Tee times begin at sunrise (earliest is 7:02 AM in summer) and run until approximately 30 minutes before dusk. Early morning rounds are especially popular in summer — cooler temperatures, fewer players, beautiful Florida mornings.

checkout requirements

Blossom Terrace is a vacation rental by owner — not a hotel. We ask that guests treat the home with care and complete a few simple tasks at checkout. Please read these before booking.

House rules

🏠 General rules
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
  • No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors or out
  • No pets unless explicitly pre-approved in writing
  • No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Please treat the home as you would your own
  • A checkout instruction sheet is posted inside the home
  • 🎥 Exterior security cameras are present on the outside of the property for security purposes — indoor areas are not monitored
🛺 Golf cart rules
  • Only registered guests may operate the golf cart
  • All drivers must sign the golf cart waiver before use
  • Operators must be 14+ (14–17 with licensed adult present)
  • No impaired operation — zero tolerance
  • Maximum 4 passengers at all times
  • All passengers must be fully seated while in motion
  • Use headlights after dusk — required by Villages regulations
  • Return the cart to the garage charged/fueled at checkout
🌿 Property care
  • No rearranging of furniture without prior permission
  • Report any damage immediately — accidents happen, honesty is appreciated
  • Keep the screened lanai door closed to prevent bugs
  • No open flames or outdoor cooking on the property
  • Dispose of trash properly — bags in the garage cans
  • Conserve water and energy — set A/C to 78° when leaving

  • Always carry your Villages Guest ID or Temporary Lifestyle ID
  • Respect all Villages traffic signs and cart path rules
  • Adult-only pools require guests 30 years or older
  • Young visitors are welcome per Villages community policy
  • The Villages is a 55+ senior community — please be respectful neighbors
  • No excessive noise in the neighborhood at any time

Failure to complete these tasks may result in additional charges against the security deposit. A printed copy of this list is also posted inside the home.

ℹ️ What passes cover: Temporary resident ID cards give your whole party access to pools, recreation centers, fitness facilities, executive golf courses, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and 1,000+ weekly organized activities. Every person needs their own card — please include children and grandkids too.

Golf Cart Use Agreement & Liability Waiver

Property: 1600 Blossom Terrace, The Villages, Florida  ·  Vehicle: 1 gas-powered golf cart, 4-passenger capacity

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms regarding use of the golf cart provided with this rental property:


  1. Compliance with Rules. I agree to comply with all golf cart regulations established by The Villages Community Development Districts, Florida state law (F.S. § 316.212), and all posted traffic signs and signals. Golf carts may only be operated on designated cart paths and roadways permitted by The Villages.
  2. Operator Requirements. All cart operators must be at least 14 years of age. Operators aged 14–17 must be accompanied by a licensed adult at all times. No person impaired by alcohol, drugs, prescription medication, or any other substance may operate the cart.
  3. Passenger Limits. This cart seats a maximum of 4 passengers including the driver. All passengers must be fully seated at all times while the cart is in motion. No person may ride on any exterior surface not designed for seating.
  4. Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that golf cart operation involves inherent risks including collision, rollover, and personal injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and any passengers I transport.
  5. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and hold harmless the property owner(s) of 1600 Blossom Terrace from all claims, losses, or liability arising from my use of the golf cart, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the owner.
  6. Responsibility for Damages. I am financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart or third-party property caused during my stay beyond normal wear and tear. Repair costs will be charged to the payment method on file. All incidents must be reported to the property owner immediately.
  7. Nighttime Operation. Required lighting must be in use after dusk. Extra caution is required in low-visibility or wet conditions.
  8. Authorized Use Only. The golf cart is for registered guests of 1600 Blossom Terrace only and may not be loaned or transferred to any outside party.
  9. Return Condition. I agree to return the golf cart fully fueled, clean, and undamaged at the conclusion of the rental period.
  10. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from all third-party claims, damages, and legal fees arising from my use of the golf cart.

This agreement is governed by Florida law. This electronic signature is legally binding under the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and Florida's Electronic Signature Act (F.S. § 668.50).
